What is big and red and eats rocks?
A big red rock eater.
That questions came from a book I took out repeatedly from my elementary school library. On one page was a big red dinosaur and the question. When you turned the page, the dinosaur was eating the rocks. Every time I turned the page, I would dissolve into uncontrollable laughter.
I was not a dinosaur kid. I didn’t carry around a big plastic or stuffed one, Rex or otherwise. I wasn’t into toys. Plants, always plants. Other things too. Plants are still blowing my mind. I had some loose-leaf mullein tea the other day for the first time. It cleared the lump in my throat and helped regulate toileting. Hooray.
I will be offering this tea this coming fall. My garden was full of mullein, and it looked fine while their spikes were blooming. One was over six feet tall.
Have a WWOOFer here, Jill, that is helping with the tea business. I’m looking forward to offering tea to the public in the next few months – under the name Labyrinthia Teas. The selection will be limited at first, but there are big plans ahead. Some you will not often see in the marketplace. More on this coming right up. Tea please.
