The book collection here at Labyrinthia Guest House and Gardens contains hundreds of books on botany and horticulture. The entire collection contains well over 10,000 volumes. The books are for sale and are being catalogued. Labyrinthia guests are free to peruse the collection while here, and purchase items they want, with prices negotiable, unless already priced. The host has been known to dicker.
It has taken decades to amass this eclectic collection of books. Some are inscribed Ex Libris being deaccessioned from public or university libraries. Others are pristine first editions with dust jackets, signed by the author, and are clean and crisp. There is something here for everyone’s tastes. Most paperbacks are 2-bucks, unless otherwise marked, and online for sale. Then it is priced at average market value.
